Firstly you copy your sdave from ps4 to usb then load it in save wizard. decrypt the save then launch it in rdr 2 save editor. once in the rdr 2 save editor top left corner it says convert to pc. after you click that put your new converted save into the save location in documents. unfortunately save wizard isn't free
